Shipping Information
Flat rate shipping to Australia is $8.90 AUD. We send our parcels with tracked delivery via Sendle, who are 100% carbon neutral. For international shipping, accurate prices will be calculated at check out.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 days.
When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.
Packaging
Most of our products are shipped using 100% compostable, zero waste bags. (made from home-compostable materials, mainly corn starch and PBAT.)
We encourage you to reuse these wherever possible and when you do need to throw them away, that you compost them. To compost them at home, it’s best to remove any labels, cut them up and place in your compost bin as “brown” materials. They will completely break down within 90-120 days in a home-compostable environment - sometimes even sooner!

They can also be sent to composting facilities to be properly broken down and composted. If you are in Australia, please click here to find a composter near you.
All other packaging used, including our twine tape, is either recyclable, biodegradable or compostable - just remove labels, stickers and any sellotape. (We're working on these bits!)
Ribbons in our gift wrap are reclaimed and we encourage you to reuse them!
