The Órla Purse pattern is the perfect size for your cards and coins! We've made it roomy so it will fit them all!

Approx Órla purse finished dimensions:
purse height - 7cm
purse width - 12cm
inner purse depth - 1.5cm
depth (with flap) - 2.5cm

This cute purse pattern was curiously created as we were searching for the perfect sized pouch which also felt cool!

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS

You will need approx:
28cm x 20cm leather
1 x screw rivet

EQUIPMENT

You will need:
Fabric scissors or scalpel
Paper scissors
Fabric marker - you can purchase one from our equipment store.
Leather hole punch - you can purchase one from our equipment store.
Leather glue (optional)

FABRIC SUGGESTIONS

We recommend a mid - heavy weight leather to help with the structure of the purse. (To test try folding over the edge of the leather to see how it curves and holds its shape.)

As you know leather isn't always good for the environment so we encourage you to use small remnant pieces from your local fabric stores, op shops and marketplaces. Or perhaps you could try some more sustainable options such as - pinatex (which is made of fibre from the waste leaves of the pineapple plant.) barktex (made from tree bark!) or other vegan leathers.
